Reporting directly to the Plant Manager , you manage the Logistic and Commercial services of the plant as well as the warehouse and the shipping/IS Methods and Quality. You support demand management and the industrial and commercial plans.
- You Improve and adapt organizational and processes of the Supply Chain in order to satisfy all the customer’s needs concerning the logistic. .
- You manage and optimize the logistic and commercial service in relation with the logistic and commercial supervisor in order to improve the customer service
- You manage and optimize the receiving service in relation with the Warehouse Supervisor in order to improve delay and quality and to respond to customer demands
- You manage and optimize the shipping service, in relation with the Warehouse Supervisor in order to improve the customer satisfaction concerning quality, delay and quantity.
- You manage and optimize the information system in relation with IS/Methods & Quality logistic supervisor
- You work with the Demand Manager on the elaboration of the plan and you ensure that all the customer’s needs have been taken in consideration and integrated to the demand plan.
- You manage the PIC Supervisor in order to define the production plan , the shipment plan and a reliable stock review
- You manage the relations with suppliers in order to improve their connections with FCI : optimize the purchasing process ISO (S3) linked with the Global Purchasing , ensure the application of purchasing and quality’s rules and procedures , drive the alignments of the Purchasing team according to the objectives, supervise the suppliers quality in order to improve the deliveries
- Responsible of circa 60 employees
- You take part in the executive committee and you drive the material committee (material changes/ implement suppliers productivity improvement process and internal costs reduction processes)
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Strong customer orientation
- Leadership. Ability to drive multifunctional teams
- Good knowledge in production processes and industrial methods
- Able to inspire confidence and motivation to teams
- Continuous improvement oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Practical experience with a strong involvement
- Able to consider a situation with detachment in order to have a global view
- Completely fluent in English.
- Experience in managing logistics and purchasing in the automotive sector / automotive supplier sector
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience in an industrial international environment
- Fluent in English.
