Currently, for their Strategy & Operations team in Business Consulting department they are looking for an experienced candidate for the Manager role, based in Warsaw.
The Role
- Leading complex transformation or cost cutting initiatives for our clients based in Poland and CEE region
- Developing target operating models and action plans for different business functions (i.e. supply chain, procurement, customer service, investment) while working closely with senior management and Board members
- Conducting maturity reviews of different business function in operations area (business model, organization, processes)
- Managing complex consulting projects involving numerous internal and external parties
- Managing business development process from opportunity identification till contract signature
Qualifications and experience
- Higher education (preferably economics, management, logistics)
- Minimum five years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain in international environment (strategic role)
- Experience gained in a business consultancy firm in project delivery arena in above mentioned fields would be an advantage
- People management skills
- Conducting assessments of various business functions (i.e. supply chain, sales, procurement, customer service, investment) would be an advantage
- Experience working directly with key stakeholders in business units
- Managing complex transformation and optimization projects
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple end-to-end project cycles
- Proven track record in client relationship management at the operational level
- Client orientation and ability to build trustworthy relationships with the client
- Commitment to performance goals, high efficacy
- Fluency in English & Polish, other foreign language would be an asset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Extensive analytical skills
