The Position
Our client is seeking an eProcurement Business Liaison to support management of and enhancements to eProcurement systems for Fortune 500 companies. In this capacity, you will be based out of client’s office in Prague and will assist in the requirement collection, planning, and testing and project management of system projects / enhancements. Candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to Prague, Czech Republic.
Specifically, you will:
- Work directly with the project manager in requirements collection, working with key stakeholders in the execution of project plans
- Serve as primary point of contact with client and provide ongoing communication of projects status, etc.
- Partner with clients in all aspects of Ariba platform project support.
- Monitor and report on project status
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience working on ERP-related technology projects
- Fluent English (business level)
- Experience managing small IT projects (requirements collection, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, time-management, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills
- Comprehensive capacity to learn quickly and efficiently and apply system capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
