For his liquid plant based in Reghaia, our client needs a supply chain manager.
The liquid plant is the only one to supply North Africa, with 10% yearly business growth.
Mission
Production:
- guarantee capacity to meet the business plans
- optimize use of assets
- proper production planning and daily follow-up
- guarantee the product quality according to the company quality standard
Investments
- responsible for the investment budget and the CAPEX
- guarantee proper project execution, on time and within budget
Continuous improvement (TPM)
- develop the TPM policy for a sustainable performance
Industrial engineering
- responsible to provide undisputable figures (monthly report)
- develop this function as a lever to find ways for cost improvement
- responsible for all SC cost center budgets
Inventories management
- define the needed storage capacity for MP/ PM/ FP
- supervise regular physical stock taking
Transport
- supervise logistic manager (evaluation and target setting)
Customer service level
- responsible for SCL as per definition
Procurement and planning
- supervise procurement/ planning manager (evaluation and target setting)
Profile
- Engineer and/or Master Degree.
- Minimum 5 years in supply chain role in an industrial environment,
- High managerial skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Results oriented
- Continuous improvement oriented
- Completely fluent in English.
