Requirements
Due to the strong commitment to provide excellent value for the clients we are looking for a high level of expertise in selected core skills. Fluent English and German is required. A high degree of mobility is necessary to be able to stay close to client projects and requirements. We are also looking for creativity and the ability to provide sound advice to international clients. You should bring
- a relevant degree (diploma or master) in business administration, engineering or
other equivalent area - at least 6 years of industry experience that you have received from a leading company in an “Operations Management” role, ideally on both operational and strategic level
- international experiences which you gained during your studies or your profession
- experience in Operations Management projects, in which you have dealt with topics such as Lean Maintenance, Risk Based Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance and other popular optimization methods in the asset management area
- performance-orientation and good analytical and synthetic skills
- a realistic, pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach to the projects
- excellent communication and presentation skills
